Moodo is an AI-powered assistant integrated directly into Odoo ERP. It allows you to interact with your business data using natural language, generate reports, automate workflows, and get intelligent insights — all without leaving Odoo.

Moodo currently supports Odoo 19 (Community and Enterprise). Support for Odoo 18 is coming soon.

Moodo supports multiple AI providers:

• Google Gemini — Default, great balance of speed and quality
• Anthropic Claude — Excellent for complex reasoning
• OpenAI GPT — Wide model selection
• Ollama — Local/on-premise, fully private

You can configure different providers for different tasks.

Direct Mode: You use your own AI provider API keys. Moodo connects directly to the AI provider from your Odoo server. You pay the AI provider separately for API usage.

Proxy Mode: All AI requests go through Mimol's proxy server. You don't need your own API keys — everything is included in your subscription. This is simpler and includes usage limits based on your plan.

Moodo offers three plans:

• Starter — For small teams getting started with AI
• Professional — For growing businesses needing advanced features
• Enterprise — For large organizations with full feature access

Each plan is available as monthly or yearly subscription. Yearly subscriptions save approximately 17%.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your license will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the module will switch to read-only mode.

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. The new features will be available immediately. For downgrades, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

1. Download the Moodo module from the Odoo App Store or your customer portal
2. Place it in your Odoo addons path
3. Update the module list in Odoo
4. Install "Moodo AI" from the Apps menu
5. Go to Settings → Moodo and enter your license key

After installation:

1. Go to Settings → Moodo
2. Enter your license key (format: MOODO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
3. Click Activate License
4. You should see a green "Active" status

Absolutely. Moodo is designed with security first:

• All data stays in your Odoo instance — nothing is stored externally
• AI conversations are sent only to your chosen provider (or Ollama for on-premise)
• Write operations require approval workflow (configurable)
• Full audit trail of all AI interactions
• License validation uses encrypted communication

Yes! Moodo supports Ollama for fully local, on-premise AI. Install Ollama on your server, download a model (like Llama, Mistral, or Phi), and configure Moodo to use it. No data ever leaves your network.

Note: A Moodo license is still required for the module itself.

Yes, with the Professional or Enterprise plan. Moodo supports connecting to:

• PostgreSQL
• Oracle
• Microsoft SQL Server
• MySQL / MariaDB
• Other Odoo instances

The AI can join data across sources in a single query.
